Obligations of the Seller:

  • Deliver the goods to the Buyer at the agreed place of the importer country.
  • Bear the transport costs, including the operations of loading and offloading.
  • Make the export and import formalities for the goods.
  • This term represents the maximal obligation for the seller.

 

Obligations of the Buyer:

  • Bear the risks and the expenses after the reception of the goods at the agreed place.
