Obligations of the Seller:

  • Contract the boat, pay the freight and bear all the risks of the maritime journey up to the port of destination.
  • Make the export formalities for the goods.

 

Obligations of the Buyer:

  • Bear expenses and risks aboard the boat, at the moment and at the place of offloading in the port of destination.
