Definition: Free AlongSide ship (indicating the agreed port of embarkation)


Type of Transport: maritime

Obligations of the Seller:

  • Deliver the goods to the Buyer in the agreed port of embarkation. (Alongside the ship).
  • 2000 - Make the formalities of export of the goods.


Obligations of the Buyer:

  • Appoint and reserve the vessel. Inform the vessel name to the seller.
  • Bear expenses and risks inherent to the goods starting from the moment when the goods are delivered alongside the ship in the agreed port.
  • 2000 - Obtain import licenses.
  • 2000 - Make the export formalities for the goods.
